At Lovra Academy, we prioritize the privacy and security of our course participants’ data. Here’s how we ensure their information is handled responsibly:
- Data Storage Location: All student data is securely stored on our servers located in Frankfurt. This location has been chosen to provide optimal security and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
- Data Usage: The D-nummer and Fødselsnummer we collect from course participants will solely be used to enlist course participants to the Directorate of Education. We strictly adhere to this purpose, ensuring that no data is used for any other activities or shared with unauthorized parties.
- Security Measures: Our servers are protected by robust security protocols to prevent unauthorized access. Additionally, our current website is fortified with a security plugin to safeguard against potential threats and vulnerabilities. This security plugin also monitors IP addresses that are logged in or attempting to log in, solely for the protection of the platform. These IP addresses will not be used for any other purposes.

- Use of Personal Data: All other private data, such as phone numbers and email addresses, will be used solely for communication purposes. This information will not be used for anything else. The rest of the data, including names and last names, will only be used when creating certificates for completed courses. All the data that course participants submit will be visible to them, and they can request deletion of their data at any time by emailing torill@lovra-academy.no.
